For standard procedures or legal services with a predictable process (drafting of maritime contracts, specific legal consultations), a comprehensive and final flat rate is agreed upon from the start. You will therefore know the total cost of the service in advance.
For complex litigation cases or those involving significant uncertainty, particularly in maritime or insurance law, fees are billed based on a mutually agreed hourly rate. A detailed record of the time spent on your case will be regularly provided to you.
